Sometimes the best therapy happens when you're in your own safe space. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients who prefer the convenience and privacy of online therapy. Same supportive care, same professional approach - just a different setting.

Not sure where to start? Feeling nervous about reaching out? That's completely normal. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation where we can discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have about the process, and determine if we're a good match.
