Hi, I’m a Gestalt Psychotherapist, Registered Nurse, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy practitioner and mother of three. With over 25 years of healthcare experience, I provide trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy for anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, grief and life transitions.
